Celine McStravick is Director of NCB in Northern Ireland.
She has led the campaign to introduce the full implementation of Outcomes Based Accountability (OBA, also known as RBA outside the UK) in Northern Ireland.
NCB NI now delivers OBA support in several areas of deprivation, in organisations and government departments.
Celine has also coordinated a large and high profile assignment on behalf of the Office of the First and deputy first Minister (OFMDFM) to devise a Child Poverty Outcomes Framework which will be used as the basis for the Delivering Social Change initiative and the new child poverty strategy for Northern Ireland.
NCB NI has been commissioned to provide technical assistance to the Early Intervention Transformation Programme (EITP), a £35m four-year investment by six government departments and Atlantic Philanthropies seeking to transform universal and targeted service delivery across Northern Ireland, ensuring all children and young people have the best start in life.
